Size 12 mm needles – straight or circular (straight needles work better on fabric.)
2 metres of material – can be precut into strips or cut in class (I also bring some strips for participant practice) Can be bias cut or straight.
Rotary cutter
Scissors
Self healing board – (I would have mine, which could be used)
Tapestry needle
1-2 balls of Novelty yarn that coordinates with the fabric used.
D-rings, handles, pins if fabric handles are not used
The finished size of the bag will be approximately 6” x 8”. Size could vary depending on individual tension. When choosing bag handles, keep this approximate size in mind.
